THANK YOU FOR SUPORTING THE MERS TEACHER DURING TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK
The Foundation for MERS took our Teacher Appreciation Week Fundraiser to the next level by raising over $3,000 for future teacher grants. Once again for 2023 we wanted to make sure all teachers and staff in the district received their own special "shout out" with a custom "thank you" poster that featured the names of all staff in the school. When families donated $10 or more, their child's name was proudly featured on the poster. As a bonus, families who donated to The Foundation for MERS also had the option of downloading a custom teacher certificate to personalize for their student's teacher. Each poster was displayed during Teacher Appreciation Week within highly visible areas of each school, including Clark Mills, ELC, Lafayette Mills, Milford Brook, MEMS, Pine Brook, Taylor Mills and Wemrock Brook.
And to top it all off, each school also received a bountiful basket full of tasty treats.
