2025 Sneaker Ball

The Foundation Hosts 2025 Sneaker Ball: A Mother & Son Celebration Raising Over $9,000 for MERS Students

The Foundation proudly hosted the 2025 Sneaker Ball, a high-energy Fun With Your Son fundraising event that brought families together for a night of fun, connection, and community spirit. Held at Battleground Country Club, this special evening welcomed families from across the district for a celebration filled with laughter, music, and unforgettable memories.

Designed as a unique twist on traditional school dances, the Sneaker Ball blended dressy style with favorite sneakers, creating a relaxed yet festive atmosphere. Mothers and sons filled the dance floor all night long, enjoying everything from upbeat crowd favorites to interactive moments that kept the energy high and smiles wide.

Professional photos captured the evening’s special moments, giving families keepsakes to treasure for years to come. From proud mother-son portraits to candid snapshots of dance-offs and shared laughs, the event beautifully reflected the joy of spending intentional time together.

“This event is such a meaningful way for families to slow down and simply enjoy being together,” said Diane Gianettino, Event Coordinator. “Seeing the smiles, the laughter, and the pride on both moms’ and sons’ faces reminds us why we do this work. We are incredibly grateful to our community for showing up and supporting our schools.”

Thanks to the incredible generosity of attendees and supporters, the 2026 Sneaker Ball raised over $9,000, directly benefiting students and educators throughout the Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School District. Proceeds will support innovative programs, classroom grants, and initiatives that align with the Foundation’s mission to enhance educational opportunities for all students.

The Foundation extends heartfelt thanks to the families who attended, the dedicated volunteers who worked behind the scenes, and Battleground Country Club for providing a beautiful setting for such a special evening. Together, we continue to strengthen our school community—one meaningful moment at a time.
