The Foundation is pleased to welcome Andrew Amendola as its newest Trustee. A resident of Manalapan since 2009, Andrew has over 17 years of experience in education and is dedicated to student success and community engagement.
Andrew holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Monmouth University. He is currently the Director of School Counseling & Assessment, with experience covering K–12 and higher education. His leadership extends beyond schools, having served as President of the Monmouth County School Counselors Association, spoken for the National Association of College Admission Counselors, and currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for Admissions at Providence College.
“Andrew’s extensive experience in counseling, assessment, and leadership will be a tremendous asset to The Foundation,” said Pat Berger, Founder of The Foundation. “His commitment to education and the Manalapan community makes him an ideal fit for our mission.”
Besides his professional achievements, Andrew actively volunteers locally by coaching a team with the Manalapan Youth Lacrosse Club. He and his wife are proud parents of two daughters who are currently enrolled in the district, and he has personally observed the positive impact The Foundation has had on local schools.
Andrew is eager to use his experience and passion for education to support The Foundation's mission of enhancing the educational experiences of all students in the Manalapan-Englishtown school district.
