The countdown is on! Join us for the 1st Annual Foundation FunFest, a day packed with family fun, games, activities, food, entertainment, and unforgettable memories, all while supporting amazing opportunities for students across our district.

The Lineup

Fun for Every Age

Carnival Games
Ring toss, duck pond, and a prize for every player.
Food Trucks
Local food vendors serving up great eats all afternoon. Details coming soon.
Bounce Houses
Inflatable obstacle courses and slides in a supervised kids’ zone.
Grand Raffle
Baskets, gift cards, and a 50/50, with winners drawn live on stage.
Live Performances
Student bands, choir, and dance crews take the stage all afternoon.

When and where is FunFest?

The 1st Annual Foundation FunFest takes place Saturday, September 26 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Ivy League Day Camp in Manalapan, NJ.

Is admission free?

Yes. Admission to FunFest is free and no ticket is required. Wristbands are only needed if your child wants to go on the rides and activities.

How much are wristbands?

The Activity Wristband is $20 and covers a full day of festival activities. The Activity + Specialty Wristband is $30 and adds our specialty rides, which are bigger, higher-thrill setups with their own height and age requirements. Get wristbands here.

Can I buy wristbands at the event?

Yes, wristbands will be sold at the gate on the day of the event, but at a higher price. Buying online ahead of time locks in the lower rate and gets you straight to the fun.

Do I need a wristband for every child?

Yes, wristbands are per child and are needed for the activity areas. You can register more than one child in a single checkout.

Who is FunFest for?

Everyone in the MERS community: families, students, teachers, neighbors, and supporters of all ages. The more the merrier.

What activities will be there?

Expect a full day of carnival games, food trucks, bounce houses, live student performances, and a grand raffle with great prizes. A full schedule will be posted closer to the date.

How does FunFest support MERS students?

Every sponsorship, raffle ticket, and donation raised at FunFest goes directly into classroom grants across our 8 PK–8 schools, funding STEAM programs, field trips, student leadership, and hands-on learning tools.

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available on-site at Ivy League Day Camp. Additional logistics and directions will be posted closer to the event.
