Patricia Berger is a recipient of The Monmouth Regional Chamber of Commerce’s 2025 Beacon of Excellence Award.
Patricia (Pat) Berger, who founded The Foundation for Manalapan-Englishtown Regional Schools (The Foundation), a 501(c)(3) organization during the 2009–2010 school year and serves as its Immediate Past President, will be honored as the recipient of the 2025 Beacon of Excellence - Education Ambassador of the Year Award. The award recognizes educators who support an environment that challenges, nurtures, and encourages students to reach their full potential in academics or the arts.
Pat is a tireless champion for education through her longstanding support and advocacy for providing additional resources to our schools. She is passionate and energetic and has shown high commitment to Manalapan and its surrounding communities. She also collaborates in supporting the Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School District (MERS).
The event occurred on July 30, 2025, at Jumping Brook Country Club, 210 Jumping Brook Road, Neptune, NJ 07753. Pat’s family and members of the Board were in attendance to celebrate her achievements.
The Foundation joins The Monmouth Regional Chamber of Commerce in celebrating Pat's distinguished service to the community as a champion for supporting educational initiatives that benefit the PK–8 students within the MERS School District.
