Mahesh Napa
Mahesh’s passion for purpose and community service inspired him to become a trustee of The Foundation for MERS in 2025.
Mahesh believes that one of the most meaningful investments we can make for our families and the Manalapan-Englishtown community is in value-based education for our children. He is excited to support a thriving local Foundation that helps ensure the continued growth and success of the Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School District.
Mahesh is a Senior Executive Director at JP Morgan Chase, leading the architecture governance of the Bank’s Global Technology Infrastructure Platforms. With a degree in Electronics and Communication from the National Institute of Technology, Surat, Mahesh has spent more than two decades shaping technology strategies across industries. He is also an inventor, holding two patents for innovations in his field.
Beyond his career in technology, Mahesh has always found meaning in giving back. His interest in community work started in college, where he served as Public Relations Officer for SPIC-MACAY, an international cultural organization that brought music, arts, and cultural experiences to young people. Since then, he has continued to lend his time and energy to causes close to his heart in both India and the U.S.
At JP Morgan Chase, Mahesh has been involved in many volunteer efforts—from mentoring sheltered children in New York’s Public School system to supporting LGBTQ inclusion initiatives, rebuilding homes after Hurricane Sandy, and creating safe spaces for underserved individuals. For him, these experiences are as important as his professional achievements, and he sees them as a way to help build stronger, more connected communities.
Mahesh grew up in various parts of India and now lives in Manalapan with his wife and their two daughters, who attend Clark Mills School. He enjoys bringing people together, organizing community events, and exploring the world—having traveled across five continents. In his free time, he likes running, practicing yoga, skiing, and trying new experiences to keep learning and growing.
